The Story Behind the Music

Extended Bio

Gabriel’s musical journey began with percussion at an early age, eventually leading him to the piano during his teenage years. These experiences shaped the way he approaches composition, giving him a strong sense of rhythm while allowing him to explore music as a way of expressing emotion and telling stories.

During his time at Berklee, Gabriel developed a growing portfolio of original music for short films, documentaries, media projects, and orchestral recordings. He has also shared his experience in educational settings, including co-leading a three-day film scoring workshop with acclaimed writer and cultural figure Freddy A. Ginebra.

Whether writing for the screen, the stage, or the concert hall, Gabriel is interested in creating music that feels honest, meaningful, and connected to the story it supports. He continues to explore new ways of bringing together his musical influences and his passion for storytelling.
